The fact that our corporate culture has always been a few years ahead of the times (and no, we don’t just mean when it comes to our “Foosball table”) is of course not a bad reason to join us either.
We are not a family. But we have one.
It may sound obvious today, but it was clear to us twenty years ago that work and private life need a healthy balance. It was also clear to us that if you’re a good manager, you can do that part-time, because for us career opportunities are not measured by the number of overtime hours one has. Although this might be a normal way of working for us, we were still bowled over at being awarded the Hamburg Family Seal. Something that will definitely stay in the family.

They can! When programming ensures that servers are utilised more efficiently and loading times are reduced. Or when software offers room today to accommodate the requirements for tomorrow, so that new elements can be integrated efficiently and synergy-effects can be utilised without having to start from scratch again and again. This saves all kinds of energy.
